Yes! All our crochet items and jewelry are handmade with love and care. Because each piece is handmade, small variations may occur, making every item unique.
2. How can I place an order?
You can order in two ways. You can click the Buy Now button on the product page which will open a message to place your order, or you can go to our Instagram page and DM us with the product you want.
3. How long does it take to prepare an order?
Since most products are handmade, preparation usually takes around 2–5 days depending on the item and current order volume.
4. Do you accept custom orders?
Yes! We love creating custom pieces. If you have a specific idea, color, or design in mind, feel free to send us a DM and we’ll try our best to create it for you.
5. Do you ship across India?
Yes, we ship to most locations across India. Shipping time may vary depending on your location.
6. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept UPI and other online payment methods. Payment details will be shared once your order is confirmed.
7. Can I cancel or return an order?
Since many items are handmade and made-to-order, cancellations or returns may not always be possible after production starts. However, if there is any issue with your order, please contact us and we will try our best to help.
